Blood Bank membership covers the cost of blood replacement fees anytime you, your spouse or dependent receives a blood transfusion. While most health insurance plans cover processing and crossmatching fees, the cost of the blood itself is usually not covered. Non-members must either pay for or replace blood used.

The Blood Bank asks everyone in this community to join its membership plan as a means of providing blood for the community and coverage for themselves and their families.
