Blood Collection - Part-Time
BBD is looking for staff to collect blood from donors primarily on mobile operations in New Castle County. Successful candidate will learn to interview and draw blood from donors under strict FDA guidelines. Schedule is non-routine and includes early mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays. Applicants must be flexible to a variable schedule. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Assistant Supervisor - Customer Service - Part-Time
Blood Bank of Delmarva is looking for dynamic professionals to join our Donor Scheduling Management Team. Qualified applicants should possess previous successful Call Center Customer Service experience; ability to lead, coach and motivate staff; ability to analyze and propose and improve process control systems. Computer Technician
Blood Bank of Delmarva seeks full-time Computer Technician. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing personal computers, voicemail and email problems; install and configure desktop computers; support and train call center staff on the use of enhanced features of the phone system. Create and maintain hardware and software inventory and provide support for mobile operations. Successful candidate must possess 1-2 years experience building and repairing desktops and laptops in a corporate setting. A+ Certification preferred. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel between locations.
