Blood Collection Technician (Part-Time)
Take medical histories and vital signs and perform venipuncture to collect a unit of blood.
Applicants should have a combination of education and experience in the following areas:- basic knowledge of medical terminology
- computer terminal access procedures
- excellent customer service skills
- outstanding communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Candidates must be capable of loading/unloading and setting up equipment for mobile blood drives, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Assigned schedules are variable and include morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday hours.

Building & Grounds Maintenance Coordinator-Part-Time
Performs semi-skilled work including routine repairs and maintenance, tracking preventive maintenance, troubleshooting facility related problems, removing internal biohazard waste, light housekeeping and storeroom functions.
Successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably, in building maintenance. Candidate must have a basic working knowledge of building systems, i.e. electric, plumbing, generators and HVAC, as well as biohazard waste removal. Carpentry skills helpful. Must be able to lift weights in excess of 50 lbs.
