Vice-President Technical Services
Blood Bank of Delmarva seeks individual who will guide & direct technical operations for a unique & successful blood center with an excellent reputation. Individual will report to President/CEO and provide vision and implement strategies for blood collection, special services, laboratory, hospital services, and distribution functions in a highly regulated industry.
Candidate must have 5 years senior management experience and a related bachelor’s degree. Experience in transfusion services or blood banking, as well as an SBB, MBA, MHA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Position requires a demonstrated excellence in leadership and communication skills, experience managing healthcare functions in a specialized industry, and a desire to work as part of a management and senior executive team.

Blood Bank of Delmarva seeks individual who will guide & direct administrative functions for a unique & successful blood center with an excellent reputation. Individual will report to President/CEO and provide vision and develop strategies for functions of facility management, purchasing, finance, HR, IT, Marketing and PR.
Candidate should have 5 years senior management experience and a related bachelor’s degree; MBA, MHA or equivalent strongly preferred. Position requires a demonstrated excellence in leadership and communication skills, as well as experience managing a team with highly diverse responsibilities.
