Roger Snyder started as a marketing account executive for Blood Bank of Delmarva in October 2007. Prior to the Blood Bank, he worked in sales for a regional hardware company. Snyder is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a B.A. in English. Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, he currently lives with his wife and son in Newark, Delaware.

Chester River Hospital began supporting the Blood Bank in 1982 and has become a great example of a group sponsor. With more than 50% participation, the hospital uses its new employee orientations, health fairs, and wellness fairs to communicate the importance of blood donation to the entire staff. The hospital invites the Blood Bank to recruit new members at every possible event, and their effort is truly lifesaving.
Pro Physical Therapy
Pro Physical Therapy has given Blood Bank of Delmarva the green light to recruit new members at all 20 of their clinical locations on the Peninsula. Thanks to the HR staff and clinical directors, the Blood Bank is now able to regularly speak with staff members about how they can help save lives and support the local blood supply. The company is gaining momentum and will soon have a high percentage of their staff as Blood Bank members and donors.
