Special thanks to Wilmington Trust, who continues to find ways to recruit even more members to their Blood Bank of Delmarva group plan! Wilmington Trust's level of participation strengthens each month by inviting me come out to all of their New Employee Orientations to recruit new members. In addition to orientations, the Blood Bank is also promoted throughout the year at several other events at the Bank such as their Benefits Fair, Health Fair and Networking Events. Wilmington Trust is a model of excellence each year in our annual Summer Blood Challenge. They have been one of Charter companies that has been with us since the first Summer Blood Challenge. Delaware Claims Processing
Thanks to Delaware Claims Processing, who started their group with a very strong level of participation from the very beginning. This new group formed over the last year and enrolled 1/3 of their 300 person staff the very first day that they established the group! Their success was due to having an all-employee meeting that managers strongly encouraged their staff to go to. A brief five minute presentation was done and employees were enrolled on the spot! This group also shined last Summer in their first appearance in our annual Summer Blood Challenge. We look forward to their participation again this year! Way to go Delaware Claims Processing!
Westside Health
Congratulations to Westside Health! They added 31 members over three weeks to get more than 1/3 of their workforce enrolled in our important plan. I attended three meetings, one at each site and was able to spend five minutes with most of their staff to go over the importance of our benefit to both the employee and the community! Thanks Westside!
