On a computer, log in to your donor profile via the website and look under the “Current Rewards Programs” section to view your enrollments. First, review your donor profile online to ensure your contact information is up to date. To do this, log into your donor portal, then from your profile home page, look at the left-hand column titled “Donor Snapshot.” Under the “Current Rewards Programs” header, select the program you would like to view.
At this time, it is not possible to update your donor profile online. If you need to update your mailing address or email address, please contact Donor Support or speak with a team member at your next blood donation.
If you haven’t received your item six to eight weeks after the program ends, please contact Donor Support, and we will check your gift status.
If you haven’t received your eGift card within three weeks after the program ends, please first ensure we have your correct email address on file. Check your spam box. If you still haven’t received an email with your eGift card, contact Donor Support, and we will check on your gift status.
While the combination donation is often a preferred way to maximize your lifesaving impact, only the primary donation type will be counted toward the frequency program.
Yes! If you’re able to give multiple donations of different types that would qualify you for the programs, and register for those programs, you will receive gift recognition for each.
Giving the “right” type of blood donation – based on your blood type and patient needs – helps make the best use of your valuable lifesaving contribution. That’s why we may encourage donors with certain blood types to make different types of donations like whole blood, double red cells, platelets, and plasma.
